Found myself stranded without warning that this could happen, despite some recent work done somewhere else. Called Alexander's and they went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Their customer service in doing so was greatly appreciated and I was able to get my car back same day, despite most repair shops estimating the issue to be resolved in about 4 business days (as it is Thanksgiving weekend). To top it off the warranty is 2 years or 24,000 miles. They towed my car and picked me up to retrieve it. I would highly recommend taking your business here. They are professionals that care.

Words cannot express how much I love this place. I have been going to them for a couple years now and have a variety of things replaced. Always excellent service and my car runs amazing every time. They always make sure to go out of there way to drive me some where if I need it and make sure I am comfortable. I have sent multiple friends there and they have done amazing work and great service.

They re-did the paint job that ABC Nissan couldn't match, and they matched it perfectly! If you are so lucky as to have them work on your car, feel blessed because whoever told you about them is your Angel! You will never need another All-Care Auto Shop once you have found them! Alexander and his staff are all so honest, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, and genuinely caring! They do excellent work, and they are not out to rip you off or convince you that you need unnecessary work done. I recently had Alexander's give me a second opinion about an issue with my car, because I had a feeling Brakemasters wasn't being honest with me. Alexander offered to call the guys at Brakemasters for me, which actually solved my problem. Alexander didn't get anything from helping me out, which really shows the type of person he is! I decided I would never take my business anywhere else but Alexander's, so I went there to get an oil change the other day. I was completely shocked when they told me that I did not owe anything for the oil change! This may have been a small act of kindness to him, but it had a big impact for me financially. Not to mention it made my day! Alexander and the staff at his shop are seriously AMAZING.

I have been using Alexander's for years, and they are fantastic! I can't say enough good things about their service, prices, and integrity. I have referred friends and relatives to them, and they've had the same great experience. I own a Cadillac Eldorado, and one of their mechanics is a Cadillac man. I've had many expensive repairs (new transmission) that they have handled for me, and I am always confident that they know what they're doing. I feel their prices are great, and they fix it right the first time. They listen; they're honest, and I really can't say enough about this company!

I went here in February based on a friend's recommendation and had to have my alternator replaced. They were quick and informative and didn't overcharge me. Yesterday, my check battery light came on and the system said, "check charging system" so I took it in today and had them check it out. Turns out the alternator was bad, but under warranty, so they replaced it and installed it for no charge. I'm so pleased with their customer service. Definitely coming back if I need more work on my car.
